How do I send my faulty unit in for repair?

Return Authorization:

Warranty returns sent back to AAMP of America must have a Return Authorization number. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. A Return Authorization number can only be used once and will only be valid for 90 days. Return Authorization requests can be submitted in the following ways:

If you are uncertain that your Phoenix Gold unit is the faulty component in the system, please contact tech support at technicalsupport@aampofamerica.com or by calling 800.447.2267 x230 before requesting an RA number.


Shipping:

Package faulty unit(s) in the original container (if possible) to avoid shipping damage. Clearly mark the outside of the carton with the RA Number and send the faulty unit(s) to:

How long is the Warranty Period?

Amplifiers: Two years from date of purchase.
Speakers and Subwoofers: One year from date of purchase.
Service warranty: (90) days from repair date
Refurbished Units: (90) days from date of purchase

What is not covered under warranty?

Products purchased used, from private parties, or unauthorized vendors. Products with missing or tampered serial numbers. Products with damage caused by moisture, negligence, abuse, unauthorized/attempted repairs or modifications by a third party. Transit damage due to insufficient packaging will not be covered.

How much will it cost to repair?
